1. Events and Gatherings: Please note that NO parties or gatherings are allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $3,000 MXN fine from the building management. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. In case of unauthorized departure after check-out time, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Visits are not allowed and under no circumstances will any exception be made, any non-compliance with this rule will not give rise to refunds or compensation of any kind. 5. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 6. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 7. Guest ID's: It is mandatory to send a photograph of all guests' ID's prior to arrival in order to gain access to the property. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and to keep an accurate record. 8. To use the movie theater it is necessary to reserve three days in advance and leave a deposit of 5,000 pesos. 9.The amenities can only be used for reservations of 3 days or more and must be reserved in advance in order to use them. 10. Amenities: The use of the amenities are subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance work without prior notice. Availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closures will not result in refunds or additional compensation. 11. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, will be subject to availability and may involve an extra cost for the guest.
