1. Parties are prohibited, the administration is very attentive and will charge a fine of $3,000 MXN in case of violating this rule. 2. Please be quiet between 9pm and 8am. 3. In case of leaving after the checkout time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. 5. Garbage collection is only on Tuesdays and Saturdays and must be taken out in closed bags outside only on those days at 8:00 am. 6. Pets must be on a leash/carrier at all times once outside the apartment within the common areas. If the pet has relieved itself in hallways or common areas, the affected area must be thoroughly cleaned.

The San Rafael neighborhood is located in the Cuauhtémoc delegation, bounded by the Inner Circuit to the west, Avenida de los Insurgentes to the east, Sullivan Avenue to the south and Ribera de San Cosme Avenue to the north. One of the most popular places is the Garden of Art that is located behind the Monument of the Mother. On Sundays, various painters exhibit and sell their works to the public.
