1. Events and gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN imposed by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Guest identification: It is mandatory to send a photograph of the identification of all guests prior to arrival in order to access the property. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain an accurate record. 7. Use of the parking lot: It is necessary to leave your car keys with the building security guard, since the parking space is in the way of a couple of places belonging to the neighbors and if they occupy it, the vehicle must be moved. We are not responsible for damage to the vehicle.
