1. Events and gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN imposed by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Guest identification: It is mandatory to send a photograph of the identification of all guests prior to arrival in order to access the property. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain an accurate record. The rooftop is open for your visit except when reserved by a neighbor. Prohibited to drink alcohol and put high music in the rooftop (maximum 70 decibels) The rooftop schedule is: Sunday to Thursday - 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday - 10:00 a.m. to 24:00 The fine for violating a row of the rooftop is $ 2,000 mxn 8. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. 9.9. Visits are not allowed, under no circumstances will an exception be made, any non-compliance with this rule will not give rise to any additional compensation or reimbursement.
