1. Events and gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN imposed by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Guest IDs: A photo of all guests' IDs is required to be submitted prior to arrival to gain access to the property. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain accurate records. No person who is not previously identified can have access to the apartment. All external entries will have to be approved first through the platform's chat.
