The administration is vigilant and a fine of $3,000 MXN will be applied if this rule is violated. 2. Please be quiet between 9pm and 8am. 3. In case of leaving after the checkout time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. 5. Pets must be on a leash/carrier at all times once outside the apartment within the common areas. If the pet has relieved itself in hallways or common areas, the affected area must be thoroughly cleaned.
